It is often difficult to keep within the limits of our regime when dining out. The servings are generous, the bread basket is tempting, the platter of delicious-looking desserts is right next to us... these are all hard to resist too.
Bigger portions, the bread basket, the dessert platter, all these delightful food and treats are very difficult to resist and should be resisted as much as possible during this diet.
So here are a few pointers that should help you avoid the pitfalls of overly indulging in these temptations during your next outing :
1. Drink a glass of water before meals.
2. Avoid dishes in gravy.
3. Order a grilled meat or fish.
4. Replace the potatoes with green vegetables.
5. Do not have bread at the beginning meals.
6. Replace dessert with a small cheese plate.
