Answers to your questions…

How much weight will I lose each week?
Your efforts will be rewarded quickly as you lose 2 to 4.5 kg in the first week. Then you will reach a rhythm of about 2 kg per week.

Could I feel the fatigue, nausea or dizziness?
No matter what, these symptoms can be attributed to a decrease in blood pressure. Don’t worry! It simply indicates that you are lacking salt. These symptoms will disappear after consuming some sodium chloride (table salt). That's why we recommend well-salted food.

Will I get headaches?
A minority of people may feel as though they have constant headaches in the first three days of the diet. However, it completely disappears in the future. Taking a pain-killer will not hurt your diet.

Will I have problems with constipation?
Since your intestines will contain little food, it is normal that they operate at a slower pace. Drink plenty of water and eat large quantities of authorized vegetables. Do not hesitate to consult your pharmacist if constipation lasts for two days.

How long does the protein diet last?
Depending on your weight-loss goal, you can either repeat the express and moderate phases (see pages 8 and 9), or move into the transition phase after seven days.

RECOMMENDATIONS
